    Description

    Nice little salt glazed finger jug signed by Vernon Owens, Jugtown Ware, 1983. 6" high; 5" wide; base 2.75". The artist, born in 1941, is son of M. L. Owens, and bought Jugtown Pottery in 1983. His work can be found in museums.  In 1996 he received a National Heritage Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts.
