    Description

MLB Authenticated - Kyle Farmer (Single), Nick Senzel (PID), Christian Colon (Fly Out) Baseball. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. [Please note that this ball does not come with a case.] On August 11, 2020, the Kansas City Royals visited the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park. Kris Bubic started for the Royals (only his third MLB start). Luis Castillo was on the mound for the Reds. The Reds won in extra innings behind hits by Nick Senzel, Nicholas Castellanos, Joey Votto, Matt Davidson, Jesse Winker, Curt Casali, and Kyle Farmer. (Only Eugenio Suarez and Christian Colon went hitless among the starters.) In the bottom of the ninth, Trevor Rosenthal took the hill for the Royals. He got Casali to fly out to Brett Phillips. After going 0-2 on Colon, Rosenthal HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND. He threw a four-seam fastball at 97.7 mph. Colon HIT THIS BALL to Hunter Dozier to fly out for the second out. This ball stayed in play. Farmer walked to the plate. Rosenthal threw another heater, this time for a ball. (Yes, that means Salvador Perez touched this ball!!) Rosenthal threw another four-seamer, but this time FARMER LACED THIS BALL TO WHIT MERRIFIELD FOR A SINGLE. Rosenthal got this ball back. Nick Senzel came to bat. Rosenthal threw a fastball for a ball. He then threw a slider that bounced in the dirt. This ball was then retired. This ball is MLB Authenticated for all five pitches across all three batters, including Farmer’s single. Thank you for purchasing!!
