Gail McCardle is a gifted American Artist. No one can make these with those tiny little glass eyes. This is a rarity for those of you who are not familiar with this type of construction on tiny dolls. The  doll has a finely detailed tiny mohair wig and adorable tiny cotton detailed clothes.
Who is Gail McCardle?
She was one of the artists with such a unique style, She learned her fine craft and worked with porcelain artist  Linda Steel for many years. Gail only made OOAK dolls herself and she also designed for the Gund artist division.
This rare little baby is just are amazing. She is MIB with the artist label on the box. The wonderful little outfit is so detailed and the tiny hands and feet are something to see.
