You will receive 20+ ramshorn snails of assorted colors.  (pink,blue,red,brown)  I will do my best to include a good variety.  Most snails will be around pea size, as smaller ship better and live longer, but size will vary.
Your order will ship USPS First Class postage.  Don't worry, the snails can handle it.  In the rare case of DOA, simply notify me within 2 hours of delivery with a clear picture.
It is difficult to tell if they are alive at first, as they will most likely not be active.  Place ALL the snails in a small container with a little water from your aquarium.  As soon as you see movement from a snail, pick it up and place it in your tank, no acclimation required.  Dead snails will have lost their color and appear very dull.  (You will generally know if any snails are dead as soon as you open the box, if the smell doesn't hit you immediately, they are probably all alive)
