They are babies so the sizes may vary
Each snail will come in a safe little container for shipping with a wet paper towel and piece of lettuce so they are safe and happy when getting to you
All of my snails are very big on lettuce and I haven’t found many other veggies they love like they do lettuce. They live in a nice size tank with moss and real life plants that are safe for them to eat. I mist their tank daily as they love moisture.
Avoid putting them in direct sunlight as it’s not their favorite.
When they come to you they make take a couple hours to come out of their shell as their journey will probably be a long one. If it’s taken more than a day dip them in warm water gently and that should wake them up.
