Note: The shrimp are shipped with a sponge. The shrimp may bury themselves inside of this during shipping, so please make sure to check for shrimp in the sponge before throwing it away!

If your order arrives DOA, we can refund you for each item that is DOA. We do not send replacements.
Domestic shipping only! We can not ship to anyone in Washington or Hawaii State.
We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via
USPS Priority Mail.
Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.
For the safety of the animals,
we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, or on Holidays.
We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
