These shrimp are home bred and tank raised in Columbus, Ohio. The water parameters we keep are as follows:
pH: 7-7.8
Gh: 7-15
Kh: 2-8
TDS:200-300
Temp: 72-75F

Live Arrival Guarantee Policy: In the rare case that your shrimp arrive dead on arrival, follow the instructions below:
1) Take 3 clear photos of the shrimps in the UNOPENED bag within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt or pickup. Opening the bag and taking pictures will void the Live Arrival Guarantee. Packages that are left outside extended periods of time especially in extreme weather will also void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
2) Send a message along with these photos along with your name, order number, and how many shrimp arrived dead on arrival. Also give us a description if anything else was wrong with the package.
3) We then will get in touch with you ASAP regarding your claim and a refund will only be issued once the claim is accepted and approved.
Also please note the Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover the 3 extra shrimp that are included in your order, only the 10. For example if 4 shrimp arrive DOA, only the cost of 1 shrimp will be refunded if your claim is accepted and approved.
Shipping Info: We ship using USPS Priority (2-3 days) for Live Animals and USPS First Class (3-5 days) for Dry Goods. We ship to all 49 States in the Continental United States. We do not ship live animals to Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to strict customs restrictions related to importing live animals into those states.

Please also note that it takes about 24hrs for tracking to be updated. We ship our live shrimp only Monday-Wednesday so your package doesn’t sit at the warehouse over the weekend if there are any delays.
How do we pack our shrimp?
We use an insulated box along with the proper packing material to ensure safe delivery. The shrimp are packed in special breather bags that allows air to be exchanged. Please do not float acclimate these bags as it will suffocate the shrimp. If needed, we provide a FREE heat pack.We bubble wrap necessary items.
We will include directions on how to acclimate your shrimp in your package.
We reserve the right to withhold packages if the weather is too extreme, we want your shrimp to arrive healthy and happy!
